another great thing about going to team training is "THE SWAPS" :)  it's a great opportunity to see lots of stamp sets that you haven't had the chance to buy yet, and come away with samples, of course the down side is that you end up "having" to have them!  Here's a sneak of some great sets in the new seasonal brochure ....
